- We are not a Medicaid or Medicare provider.
What type of patients do you provide care for?
- We provide services for all patients requiring staffing for home care.
Do you do Nurse visits as well as provide in home staff shift coverage?
- We do Skilled Nursing visits and RN Case Management visits along with home care staff shift coverage.
Can you provide 24 hr/day nursing care?
- Yes, we specialize in 24 hour/day home nursing care along with 8, 10, & 12 hours shifts.
Are your nurses trained to care for ventilator dependent individuals?
- Our nurses are trained for each specific patients needs including ventilators. Our professional staff has over 40 years of experience in providing home care for ventilator dependent patients.
Do you provide other services such as, Physical Therapy or Respiratory Therapy?
- We provide licensed nurses (RN/LPN), certified nursing assistants (CNA), personal care assistants (PCA), and light housekeeping services. We work in conjunction with local companies chosen by the Insurance carrier for other services.
Is there a written plan of care for each client? Is it modified and if so, how often?
- Each patient is provided with a physician-approved plan of care, which is reviewed each 60-day period and revised as needed.
Will I/my family member have the same staff all the time?
- Our goal is to provide each patient with a stable staff trained to meet their specific needs.
