 | | As a State of Nevada Nursing Pool, The Hawthorne Group, Inc. provides contracted individual Skilled Nursing Home Care Services. In addition to licensed nursing staff (RN, LPN) and certified nursing assistants (CNA), Personal Care Attendants and Housekeepers are available. Case Management, Consultative Services, Home Evaluations and Handicap Remodel Consultations and are also offered.
Each client has an RN Case Manager and may also have a Skilled Nursing Coordinator who helps manage staffing, equipment, supplies, medication, medical appointments, diagnostic studies and referral services. Client and Family Training is provided and recommended.
Before providing home care, each employee receives education, training and fingerprinting with a complete background investigation. |
